If you ever get the chance to go to a Florida ceiidh (that's the band Florida, not a ceilidh in the US state of Florida- nice though I'm sure that is), you should go- they are FAB! Five very talented musicians. They play great dance tunes, some traditional, some composed by Gavin Atkin, who plays fiddle & guitars) with a strong driving beat, and they're a laugh- you'll be dancing along quite happily and the tune will morph into something entirely unexpected, like the James Bond theme, or (like the time we'd run the Rugby world cup) Swing Low, Sweet Chariot... Their gigs have an amazing energy and they are five really cool and nice people. -  Beatrice
