Urban Tribal in Leicester - January 2007
It's quite a few months ago, but this was one of my favourite weekends so far this year! I met up with friends e.g. Dawn o'Brien, Wendy M & Rashani and a few more....and met some new ones - the amazing Uzume from Utrecht, Netherlands!

Anyway, I really benefited from Heather and her troupe member (forgot the name, must be suffering from temporary amnesia) drilling their movements and combos. Personally, I prefer to have a limited amount of new stuff I can cope with rather than a whole plethora of moves that are so daunting that I won't even touch my notes after the workshops.

I was really pleased to take some moves and combos away that I felt I had really mastered and the fact that I am using them underlines that fact.

The hafla was sadly undersubscribed - those that weren't there missed a treat!

Well done Nicola for putting this event on!
