This is THE resturant in Nottingham (and there are a lot to choose from). The ambiance is perfect and the service just the right balance between providing your needs and not imposing on your time/conversation. The food is 2nd to none, with a very good wine cellar. They have gained the accolade of overall restaurant of the year in the Nottingham Restaurant Awards for a staggering three years in a row: 2003, 2004 and 2005.
